Hooray! This email serves to confirm we have approved your application for the Vumatel Work in Progress area.

Kindly note that your area will become Fibre ready very soon , and due to the speed to which Vumatel operates , we need you to please keep in contact with Vumatel and with our Sales Team.

Please contact Vumatel to order to arrange the Fibre Installation . During the installation Vumatel will install the CPE ( Customer Premises Equipment) at your home. Please contact Vumatel to have the installation arranged by calling them on 086 100 8862 or emailing Sales@vumatel.co.za.

Should you not have the device yet , please make contact directly with Vumatel on 086 100 8862 or email at sales@vumatel.co.za to place the order.

• Plug in an Ethernet cable to any port of the Vumatel CPE device.
• Go to shop.vumatel.co.za should you have not been redirected to the site automatically .
• If you have a Vumatel account , kindly log in, if not kindly register a new account.
• After you have signed up and/or logged in, select residential =>internet=> choose Home-Connect, and select package you ordered on the Home-Connect Portal and Press Order.
• Press next, confirm your home address, and check that all your personal details are correct. Once you have checked and confirmed , please press finish.
• You should be able activated immediately via the CPE device on the selected package

Do note that you will be active on the same package speed you ordered on the Portal , the Home-Connect Team will then arrange for the Home-Connect router to be couriered to your shipping address.

Please note that billing will commence once the Fibre has been installed and is active.
