This email is to confirm that Home-Connect Operations team have placed your order with the Open Access Provider Openserve.
Do note that Provider Openserve will make contact with you directly to arrange the Fibre ONT Installation at your home.
Normal time frames is 2-4 weeks for a live area . Once Openserve install the Fibre and ONT device at your home. They will send Home-Connect confirmation that the link has been activated . The Home-Connect team will arrange for the Home-Connect router to be delivered to your Home.
