This email is to confirm that Home-Connect Operations team have placed your order with the Open Access Provider MetroFibre.
Do note that the Provider MetroFibre will contact you directly to arrange the Fibre ONT Installation at your home.
Normal time frames for Fibre ONT installation is 2-4 weeks for a live area. Once MetroFibre install the Fibre and ONT device at your home. They will send Home-Connect confirmation that the link has been activated, please allow 24-48 hours for this confirmation to occur from MetroFibre. Once the confirmation is received the Home-Connect team will arrange for the Home-Connect router to be delivered to your Home.
