This email is to confirm that Home-Connect Operations team have placed your order with Fibre Service Provider FibreSuburbs.
For new Fibre ONT installations, FibreSuburbs will contact you directly to arrange the Fibre ONT Installation at your home, which may take up to 7 days. Should you already have the ONT installed in your unit, activation will take up to 48 hours to be completed after the order has been placed with FibreSuburbs
Once FibreSuburbs install the Fibre and ONT device at your home. They will send Home-Connect confirmation that the link has been activated. The Home-Connect team will then arrange for the Home-Connect router to be delivered to your Home.
