As soon as your Fibre line is successfully activated for Home-Connect’s services, our Home-Connect Operations department will courier your Home-Connect router. In order to fast track activation, please do feel free to send us the MetroFibre ONT FSAN details which can be located at the back of the newly installed MetroFibre ONT at your home.
