This email is to confirm that Home-Connect Operations team have submitted your request for services with the Fibre Service Provider MetroFibre. Kindly ensure that you have placed a cancellation with your current ISP, and once submitted to MFN, the Home-Connect order be processed with MetroFibre.
Once the previous ISP cancellation has successfully reached MetroFibre, MetroFibre will advise whether an ONT swop out is necessary or if we may use the existing ONT on site.
Please be advised that our operations team will notify you once acceptance of your order has been placed with MetroFibre.
