This email is to confirm that Home-Connect Operations have requested ownership of your B-Number (Circuit Number) from Openserve. Please note that once your cancellation is effective with your current ISP, Home-Connect will be able to accept the B-Number ownership and provide you with services on the same ONT you have on site.

On the day of your cancellation, we will attempt to receive ownership of your B-Number. Once we have successfully received your B-Number, the Home-Connect team will arrange for the Home-Connect router to be delivered to your Home.

Please note that this process may take up to 24 hours to complete.
